@rebeccacoffman This narrative is exhausting. I didnt breastfeed. I didn't even try. I had many, MANY conversations with my own doctors and we decided it was best for my own personal health that I go the formula path. Could I have breastfed Zoey? Yes. But it wasn't the best option.

@SouthwestAir Hi! I am headed to HOU & was stuck in traffic bc of a wreck on the interstate. My flight leaves at 6:35 for DCA, and I am now showing a 5:49 arrival at HOU. I have 2 checked bags & a dog to deal with. Is is possible to still make my flight or do I need to reschedule

Ya know, @AmericanAir, your company & the airline industry as whole is in trouble — and you likely can ill afford for customers to leave your airline for a a competitor. But given the rude nature of your employees you wouldn’t know it.

@united Just tried to call to discuss this issues — which is not allowed. Not only does your airline not care to accommodate people with disabilities— you also do not care any customers, period. I’ll stick with @SouthwestAir & @AmericanAir moving forward.

After a 5+ year hiatus from @united (as a result of a HORRIBLE experience), I gave them a try again. Bad move. Flying with approved ESA, to treat my anxiety issues. Filled out & pre submitted UA required paperwork from a vet & mental health professional. Was approved (see email).

By contrast- flew with ESA on @SouthwestAir a month ago — such a breeze & SO accommodating.

Check in agents were horrible Jacqueline at IAH argued forms weren’t valid bc “she has never seen them.” The forms in question were supplied via United’s website & are listed as required for boarding & were submitted 48 hours before boarding. I spoke to UA yesterday to confirm.

And I very much appreciate the shout out General Welsh gave his wife... and all military spouses. Bc it’s hard as hell. My experience as a Navy wife is VERY easy compared to most. I do not know how these ladies do it. They are heroes & often overlooked.

Applying to grad school & requested my college transcripts. For some reason, my name on my transcripts has been changed to 'Heather Browning Wallace.' Odd given 1) I didn't request this change and 2) ITS NOT MY LEGAL NAME!
