it would be so hard to implement that its just not worth it. Maybe it could work as a separate game mode for a more competitive experience, but i dont think so, especially since CT and T sides have non-correlated positions. Its easier to play five stacks with people you choose, and leave pugs as they are

Players already pick positions in Faceit games, but imagine if it was systemized – like role selection in Dota. It could generate position-based stats and make scouting much easier for coaches/orgs. It would also help players to understrand their strong/weak points

It's been over a month since the first part of the AnimGraph2 update. I expected the next phase in 1–2 weeks, guess I was wrong. Next week they'll likely fix some exploits, but I also expect them to finally start the second phase. What do you think? copium or not? @CounterStrike

"didn’t make a difference calling wise" - g2 had top T side win% on almost every event, i think snax's calls maybe made a bit of a difference here. The problem with snax on g2 (and g2 in general) was ct side, which i believe wasn't called by him - but he made some crucial mistakes while anchoring they had 55% T side win% with a stand-in at the major and barely missed the play-offs, without niko and m0nesy, i guess it must've been pure luck, or maybe it was hunter calling all along. In my opinion snax deserves another shot in a tier 1/1,5 team.

The polish scene fandome and inability to be nuanced & objective when judging Snax is some of the worst I’ve ever seen. Actually blows my mind. It’s so incredibly boring to see myself and my colleagues being harassed whenever you discuss him. Snax was not a BAD IGL in G2, but he was not good one either. He didn’t make a difference calling wise and he certainly didn’t make a difference form an output perspective on the sever. Having covered G2, stod next to them while playing plenty of times, one may even argue he wasn’t the IGL of G2 at the latter part. Which ofc his fans conveniently seems yo ignore. In football terms? He lost the looker room, he lost the trust of his teammates. Why else would they leave the project, and overcall him? The very same could be said for Hooxi, and I don’t think the two in their G2 period was too far apart. One was not significantly better than the other, the difference is most hooxi admires is being honest about it. A nuance is always that leading a team with NiKo & and m0NESY is not easy, nor should it be. Generational talent, with a great understanding for the game. To be, thinking that G2 with: SunPayUs Malbs hunter (IGL) Heavygod MATYS (Saw new coach) Should already now perform better or on par with: Snax NiKo m0NESY hunter malbs (Taz) G2 have looked solid for their short time together, and losing 13-10 x2 vs MOUZ is neither unexpected or a problem at all. I hope to see Snax back at a team of the caliber of GamerLegion at some point soon. No doubt he’s gained a lot of experience, and no doubt he’s not a BAD player.

@HammerCS2 @ThourCS2 @CounterStrike ofc u get shit ton of fake dinks in very high paced deathmatches, even without dmg prediction on most of ur shots dont register there.

On 27th July, @CounterStrike made changes to the Damage Prediction. I’m going to turn on Damage Prediction and keep Game Recording enabled. Let’s see how much things have improved with this setting. 🙃

@HammerCS2 @ThourCS2 @CounterStrike must be ur internet, even I didnt get alot of fake dinks with wifi. Now with ethernet I get rarely fake dinks.

@t1reee @ThourCS2 @CounterStrike i played 20 minutes of dm with dmg prediction on with stable 30ping, and got at least 25+ fake dinks/deaths, one time the guy on my screen got headshot from AK, 3 times before he really died, it's not good enough, BUT the game feels very smooth with prediction on

@ThourCS2 @CounterStrike dmg prediction is quite good these days, you rarely get fake dinks if ur connection is good. Makes your shooting very responsive.
