Dear @EalingCouncil Every single person in Ealing who gets out will have seen a shoplift happening. I have personally seen it happen in @BootsUK @sainsburys @Tesco @LidlGB multiple times. the @mitie security staff do an excellent job but's tough on them trying to keep up
