My bike was stolen out of my garage in Seattle a couple years ago so I went down to the nearest RV encampment, found it and took it back.
Very eye opening to discuss this experience with a progressive friend of mine who said “I am ok with people like you’s bikes being stolen because we cannot provide affordable housing”

I signed a lease in SF with 2 people I'd never met in person.
