Update on our #zebrafish #transcriptome. Fixed GTF for more recent @10xGenomics cellranger versions. Apparently sort order matters. Updated GTF at zf-transcriptome.umassmed.edu. Thanks to @HeatherBleu et al. in @StankLab, @biyonur here @UmassMedical Biocore for troubleshooting.
