@HelpPurolator I haven’t received a package and the website says there was an attempt to deliver, which is very strange cause i’ve been at home the whole time. Instead of try again after additional info I added, Purolator says I have to pick up in a location far from home!

Happy B-day to me - belated thanks to @BestBuyCanHelp! My gift should have arrived Sun, then Mon but got messed 2x. No thanks to @PurolatorHelp & BB, it arrived this morning, scratched, and I have to do all of the work to fix this (re-order + return the damaged one). #FAIL

OMG why did I give @Dyson another chance? Once again, their useless courier service @PurolatorHelp lied about attempting delivery. Called @Dyson "support" to cancel order & was told they can't issue refund because it's out for delivery. Complete incompetence.🤬
