The system is built to keep you there longer and in cases where you have to go full time in order to keep your scholarship you end up taking worthless classes like “Walking”.

Now answer us this: Did Erika Kirk receive a settlement from Harpole or Harpole's insurance company? I would imagine she did for wrongful death due to negligence. If and when this is proven which I'm sure discovery will expose, it makes Harpole's case null and void.
