Nobody took away her means of earning a living - she did that to herself. She is beyond "making mistakes"; this is a pattern of behavior. She has been driving this crazy train, publicly, for over 5 months now, despite pleas from former friends and strangers alike for her to direct her anger where it belongs and to get some help. She chose to attack people who have done nothing to her, going 2 or 3 degrees of separation from TB with her attacks. Doxxing people in racist accents from burner accounts for commenting is so insane. What she has done has real life consequences for many people who didn't ask for any of this. What we have been watching since last fall may have started as she trying to destroy a guy that hurt her, but has since evolved into a level of insanity and viciousness far beyond that of a jilted lover. She started a dossier on TB long before her scorned her - she was recording and screenshotting while things were good, in anticipation of when her crazy revealed itself. This is not normal. And it is not isolated. Look what she did to Sam. Most people can grieve the loss of a relationship, and then move on. She was once viewed as a sympathetic young woman with a broken heart. She turned out to be a diabolical, vicious harpy. She has betrayed TB far beyond what would be a rational response to a break up, and in the most public way possible. It is a shame that she lost her job. Seems like she had a successful career. But she has no one to blame but herself. Not only has she displayed totally unhinged behavior, but has proven herself to be untrustworthy, to say the least. No one would feel comfortable entrusting her with their finances after witnessing this outrageous, public vengeance that goes far beyond TB. She could have stopped with releasing the video of TB at his lowest personal crisis. There is nothing more she can do to hurt him after that. But she kept going, and is still going, resulting in collateral damage, and deliberate damage, to so many people who had nothing to do with her and the Turtle. It is very sad to see such a complete and unhinged spiral of a once successful, intelligent, pretty woman. She had been a sympathetic character, but not anymore. She nuked her entire life over a man. Now she is seen as repugnant and weak to reduce herself to such vitriol over a man who once loved and trusted her that no longer loved her. She is a terrible person with zero self respect. Why did she want to be with a man who no longer appreciated her? She could have walked away with her head held high, and yet here we are. She really should seek help, as she is not coping well. The only reason her actions are supported are because they hate him, not that she is doing the right thing. I might support your fundraiser if it was specifically to pay for her to get the help she needs. But she put herself where she is as far as unemployed. Actions have consequences. I truly hope she gets the help she needs and can rebuild her life. She has to help herself before she should expect help from others.

Are you suggesting that she is above such a thing? There is NO level too low for her to stoop to. She has demonstrated that herself. She made a burner account attacking herself in the most vicious ways, ffs. This is right up her alley. Sad, because no one will ever believe her, should she ever decide to tell the truth. We may have just witnessed one of the most ignorant takes on record. Instead of calling out how absolutely vile and disturbing that account is because a man openly talking about wanting to assault her daughter, asking for an address, and even using an eggplant emoji, which everyone knows exactly what that implies you chose to brush it off as “probably her burner account.” No. It’s not her burner account. And no, Meredith would never post something that sick and disgusting about her own child someone she clearly loves and cares about. That suggestion isn’t just wrong, it’s completely absurd. What you need to do today is stop making excuses for behavior like this and seriously reevaluate your judgment. In fact, you might want to consider picking up the phone and making an appointment with psychiatrist, because that level of denial and deflection is genuinely concerning.

To everyone defending or ignoring this; how can you justify it? This evil man has said something extremely disturbing and harmful. That’s not okay under any circumstances. Regardless of how you feel about Meredith, this kind of statement should be condemned. We need to act like human beings first and recognize when something crosses a serious line. The SAVE Act is NOT about strengthening voter ID. It's a way for this regime to steal upcoming elections. Republicans want to silence MILLIONS of eligible voters by making it harder to register to vote. And married women, you're one of the SAVE Act's perfect targets.

I'm still waiting to be shown a single eligible voter who wants to vote but would not be able to if ID is required, due to an inability to obtain one. That person would also be unable to have a bank account or credit card, see a doctor, buy cough syrup, enter a school, go on a plane, drive a car, get a library card, own or rent a home, get a fishing license, get a hotel room, adopt a pet... Really. Show me that person. Those people, who are legal citizens unable to secure an ID, are unlikely to want to vote of their own free will anyway. Otherwise, they would put in the effort to obtain ID. If voter ID is required, that would make it much harder to commit voter fraud, which is commonly used by Dems to win "elections." There is no valid or sincere reason to be unable to secure an ID if they want to vote. We also need to go back to Election DAY. One day, in person, all day, the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November. If you are a serviceman, or away from home at school, or housebound, or otherwise know you won't be able to vote in person, absentee ballots are available, only upon request. If you are unable to cast your vote in person, on Election Day, that's on you, and sometimes things happen. But if you are interested in casting a vote, you know how and when to do it, and plan accordingly Some things require a little effort. And the above opinion is far from unobtainable. I went away to school and requested an absentee ballot every year. And that was before the internet. I had to find the number for my BoE, call and request a ballot a month prior, fill it out, get a stamp and make sure I mailed it on time. Were they trying to suppress my vote? No. It was my responsibility as a citizen to take the necessary actions needed to cast my vote. People need to grow up and take some responsibility for themselves and not expect everything around them be adapted to suit just them. We have rules for a reason, and you are not special as to not need to follow them. Like having an ID. If voting is important enough to you, you will put in the herculean effort required to secure ID. And you can even use it for other things. Just stop with the voter suppression baloney. As soon as you show me that suppressed voter, I will help them secure an ID. I'll wait here.
