Day 1-2. Overnight it seems I instantly lost my source of income and overall livelihood and it’s extremely gut wrenching. I would REALLY want an explanation, and just some direction to why this happened to me. There are SO many other creators that do the exact same thing I do and yet why am I targeted? And when did I ever target family audiences? Or mislead them into my content. Please can I get a human review and a clear reason why this happened to me. This is all I have. @TeamYouTube @YouTube

@Emz_Cast Exact same thing here. My videos are ALWAYS purposefully labeled as “Not for Kids” to avoid this type of thing from happening. How is it MY fault that younger audiences stumble across my channel even though I said it’s NOT made for kids. Seems like a @YouTube issue to me.

I recently found out that my channel was hit with demonetization for "Misleading family content" I believe this was made in error, as I've never had this issue before. My channel does not create content intended for children or family audience, and has never been marketed as children's content. @TeamYouTube Can I get some help please

I couldn’t have said what you said better. I mean literally. If it was a singular video then that’d be fine. The fact that they INSTANTLY jump to demonetization is ridiculously unfair and I feel the exact same way when regarding to this. Every. Single. Video. Was always and will ALWAYS be marked as NOT for kids for that exact reason. I don’t know what else we need to do or what we need to do without any guidance or feedback about what we could’ve possibly done to trigger this.

Hi, @TeamYouTube. It looks like my YouTube career is over. More than 2 months ago, my gaming channel with 270k subscribers was removed for “spam, fraud, and deception policies,” even though my content consisted of reviews and comparisons of mods for a popular music game. After my first contacts with support, the channel was restored, only to be removed again by YouTube’s AI system 5 days later for the exact same reason. Today, support informed me that there is nothing more they can do. For 2 years, I uploaded content every day, built an audience of 270k subscribers, and earned thousands of dollars through the platform. All of that disappeared in a single day. I still hope for a miracle, but right now it feels like this story has come to an end. Thank you to everyone who was part of this journey. I never thought it would end like this, bye.

I tried to appeal again after a couple of weeks, same bullshit automated message @TeamYouTube gives me. If anyone really wants to help me, repost AND mention @TeamYouTube to fix this. They don’t care until they’re berated into giving a shit.

My channel was flagged for "inauthentic content" incorrectly. The appeal was auto-rejected. All content is 100% original. I've submitted full proof, shared my workflow, and made adjustments to align with TOS. Requesting a manual human review.@TeamYouTube

@INSTINCTIVEWORL I am in the same boat, utterly crushed. My channel was first demonetised in April, then cleared by human review. But then demonetised again four weeks later.
