This deflection settles it. If @RepBowman was truthful about being prevented from passing through a checkpoint because he's not Jewish, Jeremy would’ve said so. He didn’t. Jews & Israelis are not permitted in the 80% of Hebron controlled by the Palestinian Authority. Americans are allowed in the Israeli-controlled 20%.
