I feel a complaint to the financial ombudsman is the only way to highlight this. I must've returned 20 letters over the last 10 years by return post and to branches of Lloyds and Halifax. 😡

@AmazonHelp Yes, of course it is related. This is an example of how the couriers employed by Amazon {directly or indirectly) sometimes behave. This example shows complete contempt for peoples parcels and a lack of care for doing the job properly.

Just renewed breakdown cover and managed to get the cost down to a reasonable amount. Just had to be polite and haggle based on my own circumstances. Advisor was sympathetic and lowered cost vs losing a customer. Happy :)

Expensive times: Breakdown cover renewal quote up 30%. May not sound too bad but any increase is too much right now. Especially when travel is going to be minimal as it was during pandemic 😣
