@jackconran8 @DrJN_SportsMed @function2fitnes PF is associated with thickening usually >4.5mm and hypoechoic mixoid degeneration. Often +/- tears. Sonoelastography has revealed 39% reduced mechanical stiff in PF SW is a good option

Can shockwave therapy be done for patients with plantar heel pain who have PF thickening with an intrasubstance tear on ultrasound? @DrJN_SportsMed @function2fitnes

Physios....don't work with @Vitality_UK - £35 quid for physio. DONT WORK with them.

Nice to get the new pad open in Swansea #abertawe on 110 Walter Road. Super big so enough for me, the plinths for manips and manual therapy, the shockwave trolley, the US scanner, weights for some rehab (🎣), the squat rack as a coat hanger and a cupboard for the Durolane 👍

@IndergaardPhys Ah mate. I was an US tart. Had em all lined up. Its the only way to tell. The venue vs Logiq.....splitting hairs but tech on venue trumps it. You can get the 4-16 probe on both which has better depth. All GE on SMUG mentoring. PGcert in UEL were Konica
