Michael Olise is a brilliant target for Chelsea in the attacking midfield. He’s a Cobham graduate, and has been a standout player for Crystal Palace for a long time now in the Premier League. Palace is a great loan location for our youngsters too, perhaps to sweeten any deal!

If this is some sort of attempt to force a move then this kid needs get back in his box. He’s one of the most overrated talents I’ve seen in the EPL. And he clearly rates himself more highly as his boyhood club fight for EPL survival. Shambles.

@AntrobusN No mate. I’m just a believer in getting the basics right first. I think kids want to do the spectacular before the routine things. How often does a kid do a keepy up in a game, unless they are exceptional?

Grassroots, if you pay your child for scoring goals; a reward apparently. Do you pay them for defending? Tackles won? Assists created? Unlikely! This does not aid learning it creates a player focused on one aspect of playing and neglects their overall player development. 🤔
