There's a reason that the Cowboys can't get deals done with the biggest free agent players in football, they've repeatedly disrespected their agents. Agents run this league and hold the majority of the cards and trying to circumvent their influence is going to be a tough road in free agency. @SportsSturm @mikelikessports @machinesports

@Not2BeTrite Conventional wisdom is the LB Coach one of the most important def staff position. Coaches the Green Dot. Ties all 3 levels together in the gameplan. Seemed strange.

@Not2BeTrite Hired like 4 guys with secondary backgrounds on staff before we hired an LB coach. Inside LB coach the last position filled and it was a college guy.
