@AmazonHelp @AmazonUK how do I speak to someone in authority who can actually resolve an issue? OFM have been useless and customer care say they can’t help. Amazon is charging me for something they shouldn’t but I can’t get any help.

@sainsburys after receiving a bad butternut squash now opened packet of chicken breast to find it is mostly bone and bits that can’t be eaten. The other packet of chicken says expiring 11th March and it went bad today. So had to junk it

@Hermesparcels I am beyond frustrated & fed up with trying to contact customer care. The courrier for our area does not ring the doorbell & just leaves parcels randomly. He also does not collect parcels from @AmazonUK hermes collection service. I don’t order if sellers use Hermes

@scotgov @NicolaSturgeon @NHSGrampian 1 year has a fever from teething. No other symptoms, otherwise is eating, sleeping & playing normally. Nursery won’t let her attend until negative PCR. Not a single PCR available to book. Surely this isn’t fair or right for working parents
