@Headspace I have repeatidly email to ensure my auto-renewal was cancelled. Nobody has answered and now the payment has been charged. For a company whose focus is on mental health you are adding more stress to your customers.

@British_Airways I am a BA bronze member and recently bought a BA ticket round trip. On the the return part I was told that I had no choice and had to be moved to a Virgin Atlantic flight without any warning. My points for this leg of the journey are not showing up in my account

@sainsburys hello i have tweeted several times in the last week and not managed to get any support with a recent home delivery.

@sainsburys I have tweeted a few times and not gotten any help. I have received a few items in my last home delivery that were all spoiled and had to be junked. Waste of money on it.

@sainsburys after receiving a bad butternut squash now opened packet of chicken breast to find it is mostly bone and bits that can’t be eaten. The other packet of chicken says expiring 11th March and it went bad today. So had to junk it

@Hermesparcels I am beyond frustrated & fed up with trying to contact customer care. The courrier for our area does not ring the doorbell & just leaves parcels randomly. He also does not collect parcels from @AmazonUK hermes collection service. I don’t order if sellers use Hermes
