@aena Your airport public wifi sign-in (ALC) has been broken for registered users my last 2 visits. You require me pasting a url from captive portal into a different browser and that browser can't connect in order to login with my aena account.

@NC_QuickPass Your customer portal login is broken since at least a week. Password is in password manager (correct), but credentials don't work. Emails for "forgot username" come but "forgot password" emails never arrive.

@lufthansa Your payment system is down. Can't book paid seats during check-in or manage-booking flows. Wiped browsers and tried VPNs to hit different endpoints. I wonder how much revenue that will cost you over the holiday weekend.

The AutoFirma app developed by "Ministerio de Asuntos Económicos y Transformación Digital" in Spain is not signed by the developer (no way to tell you aren't installing a malicious app) AND the app install requires you to give it admin privs so it can install its own ROOT CERT!

@n26 New phone. Login to N26 app. "Lets verify your identity with a quick selfie" app crashes and kicks me to login screen. Has all perms, have cleared all data, android15. Now "too many logins" due to your crashing. Any way to contact support without app?

@amazon So AMZN reached out via DM to send me a link to submit the details for AMZN to verify. I got a useless reply from some 1st-level support telling me it looks like my payments failed. :facepalm: My reply bounced...support email is also broken. Where is @AmazonAppDev?

@amazon BUG: Payment clearing. Payment declined emails daily for a few orders. Popup on app/web about orders on hold...orders page doesn't show any red "review/fix it" box. My bank shows these trx cleared (debited, not pending). AMZN payments>trx shows stuck pending. Fix it!

If payment is actually declined (verified by checking bank) the only workaround (due to missing red box) is to manually cancel/reorder. But if payment isn't actually declined then the error notifications seems to go away after the items are dispatched.

Oh, and I also had this issue where the payment was actually declined (old card frozen) but could not update orders either (no red box). AMZN support said they could see nothing wrong with the orders (I had daily emails and the app/web popup). Orders were auto cancelled by AMZN.

@imgur Seems your status page does not reflect reality. Not sure why companies bother to implement service status pages before they implement proper service monitoring. Relying on customers to monitor your services for you is amateur.

@tapairportugal This is how your system works (booked lots of flights with TAP this year). It isn't specific to my booking. You need new leadership in your product/development teams for sure. I just booked the flight with a different carrier.

@MEOpt, your DNS servers are broken. "dig @212.55.154.174 kunden.commerzbank.de -t A" doesn't return any records (wrong). Worse, your fiber gateway (GR141DG) does not allow overriding DHCP-provided DNS so I can't work around this. Instead of crap FGW, offer customers a GPON SFP

@fotkalp @MEOpt With the FGW and the PoE switch crammed into the wall, I expect some overheating. But that is how MEO installed it, so if it fails they will replace it...it sounds like they install them this way all the time, so I guess failing due to overheating isn't common or they would stop.

@fotkalp @MEOpt My installer did the same thing. The problem is that most houses have these small in-wall wiring cabinets and no-where else to really do a wiring closet. And all the wires (including fiber) come from the street into these cabinets. You see the ethernet patching is there too.
