Most newsletter engagement advice is shallow: → “Write better subject lines!” → “Send at the right time!” → “Shorten it!” Here's what really matters: 📩 Opens are good 🔗 Clicks are better 💬 Replies are gold I call it the Inbox Trinity. Which are you optimizing for?

LinkedIns algorithm changed dramatically in 2026. Only a small group realized and is taking advantage currently I decided to compile EVERYTHING needed to grow and sign clients on LinkedIn: → Profile optimization that positions you as the authority → Content strategy that brings in qualified followers → Lead magnet framework that brought me 500+ leads from ONE post → Outbound system that booked 5 calls from 122 DMs in a week → Hook frameworks and visual strategies that 10x engagement → Implementation timeline to execute everything properly One client increased quality impressions by 1,117% in 90 days. Another generates 30+ qualified leads monthly with this system. The founders who understand how LinkedIn actually works are eating while everyone else posts AI slop that gets ignored. Want the full 2026 LinkedIn Playbook? Follow me & comment "PLAYBOOK" I'll DM it to you soon

I built a LinkedIn funnel that generates 50+ leads a month. But most people treat LinkedIn as only a content game. Post. Engage. Repeat. The problem is that content without a funnel is very unpredictable I just documented the exact 11-step system we use to turn LinkedIn content into predictable pipeline. Here's what's inside: → Content types that build authority (not just vanity engagement) → Lead magnet frameworks converting 35-60% of viewers → Comment-to-DM workflows that capture hot leads automatically → Email sequences that nurture prospects into ready buyers → Pre-call systems getting 80%+ show-up rates The best part is once it's built, it runs pretty much on autopilot. Want the full LinkedIn funnel playbook? 1. Follow me 2. Comment "FUNNEL" And I’ll DM you soon!

@ianmackey I’ve been thinking about that a lot recently. I have a bad habit of saying “of course” when someone thanks me. I’m not sure how that started but it has to stop.

A hill I'm willing to die on: We need to stop saying "no worries" and "no problem." Just say "you're welcome" or "my pleasure." Acknowledge that you did something worth thanking.

@ItsKyleAdams Yes, I'd like to subscribe to your conservative, evangelical garage sale's newsletter for critical information, such as when I can buy a discounted "Live, Laugh, Love" sign to hang over my La-Z-Boy...

Want to grow your email list? Take notes from this strategy. I chuckled at first too. This feels really old school. And digital sign-ups would be a lot easier for them to process. But it really matches the vibe of Hobby Lobby, doesn’t it?

Questions that don’t matter: “When is the best time to send?” “How long should my newsletter be?” “What list size do you need to monetize?” Questions that do matter: “Can I show up at least once a week?” “How long does this email need to be?” “What will help my subscribers?”

I'm sharing all the BTS of launching a book. I recently met with someone who sells a lot of books and here's what I learned: Selling 10,000 books puts you in the top 4% of all authors and on the most likely track to hit 1m copies. Why? Because word of mouth takes over. If 10,000 people read your book and feel impacted - they are likely to tell their friends.. and it scales further than your marketing efforts ever could. I don't have a huge audience but I believe in the movement this book can create. ***This book helps you design a new approach to ambition.**** So I've set 10,000 books as my goal. But how am I going to get there? Here's my plan (feel free to steal it!): Part 1: Owned What channels can I reach people directly? - Owned email - Owned social People who follow me will get the most BTS of the book, book launch AND the most free value (think bonus chapters, etc) Part 2: Earned - Podcasts - Other newsletters - Other events People who allow me to get in front of their audiences to get more information about the book, the frameworks and the mission. Part 3: Events People who have existing events or willing to pull people together So far, I'll be traveling to: - NYC - LA + OC - Tulsa - Nashville - Miami - DC - Columbus - Chicago - Austin Step 4: Companies I've turned the frameworks into actionable workshops for companies to support their employees as they juggle work AND life. I'll be speaking to companies as big as Coca Cola and as small as a startup. If you fall into any of the above categories, I'd be so honored to chat!!! You can DM me here! And, like I always do, I will be sharing the entire process (what's working, what's not working) on here and my newsletter. So if you are curious to learn about the road to launching a book - follow along!!! So grateful for you all!

Most people don’t unsubscribe because your newsletter is bad. They unsubscribe because something changed. New format? New tone? Different flow? People sign up for a familiar experience. If you shake things up too much, they’ll find the exit. Have you ever seen this happen?

@ItsKyleAdams Have to say the throttle from traffic via socials. I generate 50,000 impressions a week across socials, however this only results in 5-10 new subscribers a week to my email list (where I run my business). Finding a stable traffic source to supplement this has been difficult.

Beyond that, what keeps you up at night? For me it was realizing that how I grow my email list matters just as much as how often I create. What you project is what people come to expect. And building an audience around something I didn’t want to keep offering... Felt like building a business I’d slowly come to resent. I don’t want thousands of half-interested subscribers. I want alignment. An authentic audience who actually connects with where I’m going.
