Our help for Cuba is not a matter of charity but it is out of revolutionary obligation. Cubans taught us the spirit of international solidarity during our wars of indipendence. It is sad that most african govts are silent to what is happening there. Africa must stand with Cuba 🇨🇺

Cuba is distributing more than 2,000 tons of humanitarian aid sent by the Mexican government. The aid, which includes food, hygiene products and other basic goods, is being given free of charge to the most vulnerable families across the island. Those who receive it say this is much needed support in the midst of the humanitarian crisis.

As the world’s gaze is diverted by the US-Israel led war on Iran, the hardship in the Gaza Strip is intensifying: According to the Israeli newspaper Haaretz, aid to the Gaza Strip has decreased by 80% since the beginning of the war, and the crisis in Gaza is worsening. Following the decline in aid, there has been a sharp increase in the prices of basic food items, and hospitals are reporting a severe shortage of medicines and medical equipment.
