Come on, @CamillaTominey, @timothy_stanley. At least do some research. Babies died. Others were injured. Some with life-limiting, life-changing injuries. You give a voice to a random YouTuber because he wrote a book? Do better. At least engage with the evidence and the trial before you promote these people. You're journalists, behave like you are.

What an unbelievably pointless endeavour when people are quite capable of reading the necessary information themselves. As for the attempt to demonstrate critical analysis and objective scientific thought to her regurgitation of facts, then I'm not sure this being demonstrated through bizarre claims and equally bizarre character assassinations is in any way a cause to celebrate her contribution to knowledge. Brearey and Jayaram were using 2 of the Band 6 shift leaders to allocate Lucy to rooms and babies where she was most likely to be present for a collapse. Idk if they deliberately delayed calling the transport team or took babies off vents too soon

Letby lied to the court - a lot. She denied using her phone in clinical areas. Her claim about Mel Taylor, who was her senior, is typical of her messages too, both for the fact that it is highly unlikely Mel would be asking Letby for advice on dilutions - there were only 3 nurses less qualified or experienced than Letby - and she was often disparaging about her similarly aged but more experienced and qualified colleagues. #innocencefraud

Just one undeniable point from the Lucy Letby trial. The prosecution lied and this cannot be refuted. They made a song and dance about Lucy being a liar because she claimed she was arrested in her pyjamas. We have seen the body cam footage of police doing just that. Indefensible.

Explain to me please, why it matters that Lucy Letby received 15 whole life orders or a £60 fine. If she didn't do it, she didn't do it. Should not be a harder task to overturn her conviction than a parking fine if it didn't actually happen. Why it taking so long?
