Could you imagine delivering a new refrigerator by yourself on a dolly. You arrive at the home, you are pulling it along a sloped walkway while trying to avoid cars in the garage and in the driveway. The customer acts like she’s guiding you where to go because your visibility is limited. She failed to mention the concrete leading to the garage has an uneven ridge and in a blink of an eye the fridge comes smashing onto the ground. Was it the delivery man’s job for doing it alone and not using a strap for the dolly, or did the homeowner set him up for failure?

@RmSalih Your Quran says these books are also revelation from God. But since you say they’ve been corrupted and only contain SOME truth, how do you determine what’s true and what isn’t? And how/when was it corrupted?

As Muslims it would not occur to us to burn a Bible or Torah. We do not believe these books (in their present form) are the truth, but we accept there are elements of truth in them so we have some respect for them. So why do right wing Christians burn the Qur'an? If you are secure in your faith why would you do that? How deeply childish and intolerant. Also, if you believe in God you are taking a massive gamble because you are literally burning the Word of God which will have dire spiritual and afterlife consequences for you. You think you're setting fire to a book but in reality you are setting fire to yourself.

Islam does not force women to stay locked inside. Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) first wife, Khadijah, was a very successful businesswoman. Islam encourages women to learn, work, and be active in society. Also, men paying other men to dance or do inappropriate things is completely forbidden. Islam demands modesty and pure behavior from both men and women. The Quran treats men and women equally in their deeds: "Whoever does good, whether male or female, and is a believer, We will surely bless them with a good life." (Surah An-Nahl 16:97) We should always judge a religion by its holy books, not by local human habits.

@SeamusMcTier @JohnMar98888097 @jacelala If only the church fathers were consistent; that’s why Scripture is above the fallible church you claim has the ultimate authority. Origen, Tertullian, Cyril of Alexandria, or the fact that the apostles themselves never prayed, venerated or even mentioned Mary anywhere in the NT?

@JohnMar98888097 @JM_MX84 @jacelala Well, yours is a protestant interpretation. If only there was a place we could go to take this dispute like a church that had authority conferred on them by Jesus if only.

@SeamusMcTier @jacelala Well the Bible said Jesus “knew no sin” 2 Cor 5:21, to clarify this, but I can’t seem to find where it says anything similar about Mary. Full of grace does not equal sinless. Hopefully you’re not putting Mary at the same level of holiness as Christ.

Romans says “all have sinned,” but Scripture often uses “all” in a general sense, not an absolute mathematical one. For example, Romans 3:23 would also include Jesus, yet Christians agree He is sinless. So Paul is speaking about the universal human condition, not listing every individual exception. In Luke 1:28, the angel greets Mary with the unique Greek word κεχαριτωμένη (kecharitōmenē) — meaning “one who has been completely graced” or “filled with grace.” The verb is in the perfect passive tense, which indicates a completed action with ongoing effects. Gabriel even addresses her by this title instead of her name. So the biblical picture isn’t that Mary is just another ordinary sinner in the crowd. She is described as someone already transformed by God’s grace before the angel’s greeting, which is why the Church historically translated it “full of grace.” In other words, Romans describes humanity in general, while Luke describes a unique work of grace in Mary.

@jvnior Firstly, the Bible never states Mary’s age. The Quran does state Aisha’s age. Stop deflecting and focus on your verified pedofile prophet. Your book also confirms the previous Scriptures, so you must now denounce Islam as a false religion. Waiting.

According to Christian apologetics, marrying a 9 year old is pedophilia but 12 makes it okay. Why? Because their god chose a 12 year old to give birth to him. This is exactly why Christianity is collapsing. They think 9 is pedophilia but 12 is okay.

@Pastor_Gabe Eating and drinking Him means eating and drinking His Body and Blood. We know this from the Last Supper. In John 6 Jesus doubles, triples, quadruples, etc. down that His Flesh is true food and His Blood is true drink.

The more I study John 6, the more convinced I am by Jesus’ teaching that: • Believing in Him whom He has sent is the work of God (v.29). • Eating and drinking Him means coming to Him and believing (v.35). • No one can come to Him unless it is granted by the Father (v.44, 65).
