@JetBlue Credit were credit is due. Diane helped me out and refunded the ticket. Its just unfortunate, this can't easily be done online/over the phone.
@JetBlue As excepted, I'm getting the same info from the phone line. You're telling me there is no way to refund a flight due to a schedule change. You changed the schedule on me right outside the 24hr window to cancel. This is very deceptive.
@JetBlue Booked my my first flight with you folks and 2 days later you pull in the schedule (by 2hrs) which would cause me to misconnect on a separate ticket. Phone reps are telling me pound sand. What kind of airline is this? UA/DL/AA would refund.
A vehicle accident damaged one of our utility poles in Durham County, causing some of our members to lose power. Crews and first responders are on-site, working to restore service quickly and safely. Estimated restoration time is 6:00 p.m. Thank you for your patience.

Nothing ground breaking but refreshing to get some transparency.
@Geiger_Capital I’m guessing jobs included in this report aren’t “off the books jobs”. So if people who are unauthorized to work in the US are represented here would that indicate I-9 verification fraud?
Holy. Shit.
I thought this was a typo…
In just August, 635k immigrants (legal and illegal) gained a job. Meanwhile, 1.325 MILLION native-born Americans LOST their job.
Since pre-Covid, native-born workers have LOST 2 million jobs. All of the net job gains are immigrants.
@OneMileataTime you just got a shot out on CNBC by Jim Cramer. Jim noted that Delta while impacted also had a meltdown and read a sentence or two from your article!
@Jason Never flown southwest as I couldn’t get an assignment. I’m more open to Southwest now. I don’t want to line up to get a decent seat. I want to keep working in the terminal until I need to board.
i fly southwest because of the open seating policy -- this is so dumb!!! we like to get on and off FAST... please don't optimize for revenue, optimize for speed!
@KerrPoints@USAA Same happened here. Was with @USAA for 10 years for auto coverage. I moved to a new state and they increased the rates and chopped the insurance coverage. I went with progressive. I’m not see how usaa is even providing value anymore.
semi-sad day as after 15 years of using @USAA we are switching to State Farm. Our homeowners renewal came and its another massive $700 increase after a 25% increase last year. There's just no way. State Farm will save me $1600/year for auto and home with matching coverage.
