after now having interviewed 50+ people, it's crazy how rare it is to talk about things you've done in concrete terms always only talk with high precision about what you did and why no one else could it doesn't mean anything that you "made X better" or "led thing Y" examples:

I wish more young, smart, ambitious people who are not sure what to do out of school would go into GTM or recruitment for startups instead of consulting/investment. Would be good for GDP. AI might force this change?

We launched Devin two years ago as the first AI software engineer. Since then, cloud agents have gone from niche to mainstream, and today they are the fastest growing way to create software.

2/ this shouldn't happen much. if you have countries/merchants to share, id love to look closer. also worth swiping again, sometimes intl' merchants accept on 2nd try. we do support local issuing in several if you're based outside the US (more here ramp.com/global)
3/ we support more currencies! link above has this too

- up to 3% when you swipe your US-issued card in another country
- card gets flat out declined sometimes b/c it's not a locally issued card with a local IBAN
- can only pay reimbursements out from USD bank accounts
