@ThamesVP Your 101 IVR is broken - I got a voicemail asking me to call 101 with further info; call & choose 2 then 2 to provide an update to an existing case, but it then tells me that I cannot request an update and to do so on the website. That's not what I'm trying to do!

This is a really interesting @AmazonUK trial. Reusable packaging that you send back to Amazon. Security sealed so you can see if it's been tampered & sealed with velcro. No cardboard, no extra waste to recycle. A plastic wallet that you pop back into a postbox and Amazon reuses.
