@My_Metro both ticket machines on platform 2 at Tyne dock are crashing on card payments, they are working on platform 1 though. Just so you are aware - did miss the metro having to run over and having £20 taken that has now reversed 🤦😂

@My_Metro just a quick question on the new trains is there a reason they don’t internally have a fleet number? Just noticed on the one I am on T123 that its not written anywhere inside the train?

Our door-to-door sales guides will have been out and about, so it's not as easy as opting out I'm afraid. If they do knock, and you answer, you can then explain that you don't need the service, if you're not interested. Now, if you're a small business customer, our guides finish at 6pm Monday - Friday. Our other departments close at 9pm, if you've got a standard customer account.

@EE do you send people to doors? Door to door sales maybe however did not knock any other door. I already have my mobile with you and unsure as to why rather than an email or a text someone would turn up at my door. Black jacket with yellow EE logos - didn’t answer though.

@EE Its a standard customer account I have and it shows closed, the online link it sent also said its closed. They have just been at my door again but I wasn’t quick enough to tell them I am not interested- 2 visits in a few hours is abit pushy to be fair!
