I’m done with Canadian politics. I no longer have any hope (or pride) for our country under a fourth Liberal rule.

@AmazingZoltan Fulmer’s “we are on stolen land” statement did him in. He’s done.

Hell of a race going on here. Interesting to see Elliott and Findlay neck and neck, Milobar making a mid-race surge, and that Fulmer has dropped off so significantly after looking strong out of the gate.

@TheRealKeean @DanKnightMMA Very disappointing at the debate. The land acknowledgment and praising Bonnie Henry. Not one of them spoke up. Makes me want to vote OneBC but they would never get enough votes to beat the NDP.

@NVanCaroline @E_Duhaime I was so disappointed that your debate had a land acknowledgment and no one put a stop to it. Nor to dispute it being said that Bonnie Henry being so wonderful. That in itself is pushing me to vote OneBC Party.

Great meeting with @E_Duhaime today. We’re both fighting for similar things: for greater provincial autonomy on files that matter. For getting out from under the thumb of an ever-expanding federal government. And for an understanding that culture actually matters. Conservatives in BC and Quebec have momentum on our side!

Land acknowledgements are divisive and undermine BC’s legitimacy. I’ll end them in the public service and in schools. Public employees should act in the interests of British Columbians. Full stop. Join me: WinForBC.ca

Canada is contributing $8 million for urgent repairs to the Chornobyl New Safe Confinement following damage caused by a Russian drone strike. Nearly 40 years after the disaster, Russia’s war is again threatening nuclear safety—an unacceptable attack on civilian infrastructure. We will work with partners to protect civilians and to hold Russia accountable. canada.ca/en/global-affa…

@TheRealKeean They have done a shitty job of differentiating themselves. That’s why I didn’t get a party membership this year. What’s the point if you don’t know which one to vote for?

Canada is gravely concerned by the escalating crisis in Sudan. Starvation is being used as a weapon, civilians are being targeted, and women and girls face widespread violence. Today, we’re announcing over $120 million to deliver urgent, life-saving support to those affected. Humanitarian aid must reach those in need—safely and without obstruction. Canada calls for an immediate ceasefire and a path to lasting peace.

CBC investigation found some grocers selling meat where packaging was included in the weight, meaning consumers paid more than they should. This problem is not new. But it's a problem... The fix isn’t just the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. This is fundamentally a measurement issue → Measurement Canada...

Mark Carney will head to bed tonight knowing he has a majority and Pierre Poilievre will feel increasing pressure as his position weakens. The man pushing all of this, stirring the Canadian political waters and shaping our future doesn't even live here. torontosun.com/opinion/column…

Oof… $217.9 a litre. Less than a month ago it was $160.9 That’s about $8.25 a gallon. Anyone else frustrated a delusional man gets handed this much power and the entire world is paying for it at the pumps?
