I feel the same way. And it seems like many people on X fall into the same camp. But it’s an echo chamber here. Off X most people have zero interest in learning how to vibe code their own saas. They would much rather sign up for one. It just means for makers there’s more competition now. But I also believe there’s also more opportunity as more people are looking for tech solutions to their problems

@anshnanda It takes A LOT for me to sub to a SaaS at the moment. Unless it helps me create something new very quickly, it’s almost always no. And at the same time, I’m building my own. Newsletter tools, etc

Your @bubble app probably isn’t slow because it’s "too big." I’ve seen apps 10x larger run faster. The real killers are hidden workflows, invisible elements that still load, and poor modularity. Size isn’t the problem. Structure is.

@chaseadams If you can threaten it when it makes a mistake, why not praise it when it does well?

Sometimes when my AI assistant does something right I wanna type to it "Good job, bud!" I feel like I'd want that kind of support for doing something right.

Thank goodness for AI. It makes it so much easier to analyze my kids candy and calculate appropriate Dad Tax
