@ThreeUKSupport I am unable to access my My3 account as I need a one-time passcode sent to my mobile number to log in. However, the phone is damaged and I can't receive this OTP. Live chat tell me there is absolutely no other way to access my account

@InPostUK I’ve just received an email saying the parcel I ordered via Vinted was returned to sender as I “failed to collect it”. I was never told it had arrived and the seller only posted it two days ago, the tracking doesn't indicate it ever arrived at my locker. Can you help?

@EurostarUK I have a booking to Amsterdam in June and have received an email saying the train will not be running at all for the return journey. When we've requested a refund for that journey, we've received only half of the ticket price back - any ideas what's going on?

This primary school's library has been destroyed by the storm.

#StormARWEN has completely demolished our school library which our Reading Ambassadors had developed over the past few months. As a school we are completely devastated to lose such a valuable resource and such a large selection of the Children’s books.
