Just had a software update on my one Plus 9R and saw a pink line on the screen. This issue seems to happen quite a lot with one Plus phones. @OnePlus_IN please help.

@oneplus @OnePlus_IN was a proud user of OnePlus devices until a software update created a mess of the display. I'm seeing pink like on the display. My phone was working great until I got the update. How can I get this fixed?

@SwiggyCares Upon speaking to ur customer care via call they asked me to drop an email to your concerned team for resolution. I explained the whole detail & without even reading it they replied that Rs 45 is already refunded. I really want to know if your team is trained enough to read emails

@SwiggyCares I ordered Burrito Bowl and the food came half spilled and it was not a burrito bowl but a bad smelling mond of rice. Upon complaining the team refunded RS 45 and closed the ticket. I paid RS 224 for that contaminated, stale & spilled food. I need a full refund.
