@cibc @AirCanada I’ve been more than patient. On May 11, I booked flights for just under $4k. I sent payment via CIBC Visa. Funds sent; app timed out. No flight num. No email! Called AC. No record of payment or reservation. Not on manifest. It’s a bank problem. Called @cibc.

CIBC said @AirCanada has the money. If they don’t post in 48 hrs it will drop off. 48 hrs late still not posted. NOW Friday 2:30 pm. Zip. AC can’t post b/c they don’t have anything to post. @CIBC won’t do anything until they do. Had to rebook flights. Still out $4000k @CBCNL
