"We have to be totally honest about this. Nobody wants to hear this in OKC: San Antonio's been the better team. Oklahoma City is looking up." Despite winning game 2, @colincowherd thinks the Thunder could be in trouble

BREAKING: Mitch McConnell just slammed the Trump slush fund: "So the nation's top law enforcement official is asking for a slush fund to pay people who assault cops? Utterly stupid, morally wrong – Take your pick."

Stephon Castle has struggled on both ends to start the WCF. Castle has 20 turnovers in the last two games, the most by a player in a 2-game span in the playoffs in the tracking era (since 1977). SGA is 10-19 FG for 24 points with Castle as his primary defender so far in the series.

I didn’t think Hartenstein was playable in this series — but if he’s gonna be allowed to maul and grab Wemby like this on every play he should play 48 minutes. This is hilarious.

BEZOS: I THINK TRUMP IS MORE MATURE, MORE DISCIPLINED

The Thunder only need to decline Isaiah Hartenstein’s team option this summer to become apron-compliant for a Giannis Antetokounmpo trade: Bucks receive: Chet Holmgren, Lu Dort, 2026 1st OKC receives: Giannis Giannis could be what’s needed for OKC against Victor Wembanyama.

Douglas County @SheriffWeekly condemned Governor Jared Polis’ decision to grant clemency to a convicted felon who attempted to murder two Douglas County Sheriff’s Deputies. Brandin Kreuzer has served just 15 years of his 45-year sentence. The case stems from a violent, month-long crime spree in 2008 orchestrated by Brandin Kreuzer and Taylor Moudy. The coordinated crime wave, which terrorized communities across Douglas County and Castle Rock, culminated in a high-speed pursuit where deputies were ambushed with high-powered rifle fire, resulting in the wounding of Deputy Todd Tucker. Sheriff Weekly, who personally worked as an investigations commander on the original case, released the following statement: "I have spoken with both deputies involved, and they are absolutely furious, as am I. The audacity of Governor Polis to grant clemency to a would-be cop killer on National Peace Officer Memorial Day shows a complete lack of respect for the brave men and women who wear the badge and put their lives on the line every day. I personally worked on this case and remember what it took to track these two suspects down. I will have more to say in the coming days."

NEW: Steve Sarkisian on Ole Miss’ transfer portal practices and academic standards: “At Texas, we will only take 50% of a player’s academic credit hours. You may be a semester from graduating, but you’re going all the way back to 50% if you play here and want a degree. But at Ole Miss, they can take you. All you have to do is take basket weaving, and you can get an Ole Miss degree.” (via @MattHayesCFB) on3.com/news/steve-sar…

How did America go from Obama to Trump? Maine Senate candidate @grahamformaine tells @davidsirota it wasn’t some great mystery: Democrats bailed out banks, abandoned working people, and let corporate power keep running the party.
