@ChaseSupport How do I get your debt collectors to quit using my address to attempt to reach a former resident? I've been to a branch twice, but the mail keeps coming. Next step is a formal complaint to CFPB and a cease & desist by Registered Mail, wasting my time & money.

@FedExHelp The Android app isn't loading, despite clearing all app data. The website fails to load my tracking info about a third of the time.

@Fred_Meyer At the Redmond store, there's no pedestrian route between the parking lot and NE 76th St. I often end up needing to walk through mud to walk across the street or to bus stop. Seeing how well worn the dirt path is, I'm clearly not alone. Red shows where there's no path

@shakeshack I have feedback on your carry out paper bag with plastic handle patches to remove before recycling. I admit it's petty, but I really dislike the extra consumer burden to recycling. I'd be much happier with a 100% paper bag, reinforced handles or not.

From there we can check to see if it's possible to reverse it, but in most cases it's not.

@CashSupport Today I accidentally initiated a Cash Out to a bank account I've closed. Are you able to cancel that Cash Out request before it gets sent? I sent an email about it, but haven't heard back yet.
