Ok @ATTHelp @ATT , part of managing a 9+ hour outage is to provide actual useful info so people can make informed decisions. If you provide an ETA and cant deliver on that ETA you just took time away from me to plan for alternatives.

Just got my shin hurt badly at @kroger because an EMPTY cart locked up on the way out. Yes, EMPTY and no merchandise on me at all. I guess next time I'll leave the empty cart in the middle of the aisle blocking foot traffic.

@ATTHelp @ATT As always AT&T's website, chat, agents are useless when it comes to outages. Cleary shows an outage in my area but does not show up under my account. No notifications, want you to do worthless troubleshooting instead of actually communicating about the outage.
