Schriffen just has no sense of leverage. The Sox lost this game 14-2. This is the call you make when he walks it off in the 9th or he hits a come-from-behind grand slam, not when he gives you a 1-run lead in the first inning.

I get why people resonate with the energy. this is the same noise i made when watching the HR live. at what point does it stray too much into a TikTok level reaction? do you want a hype man or a PBP announcer? Hawk was a homer, but was not straining himself to do so.
