@Eurostar hi I have been trying for the last 10 days to change my dates, I can not do this via the app or website. I sent a query days ago & asked for assistance & was asked to send my booking reference & new dates but have heard nothing since. It is now only a few days away 🙁

@AskeBay my account has been suspended due to apparently being linked to another account that I’ve never heard of and certainly have nothing to do with. Nobody will tell me how I am supposed to be linked to the other account, surely you can’t just accuse people with no proof
@Hermesparcels my parcel still has not been collected since Friday, tracking shows collection has been attempted but nobody home which is incorrect. I have been home. I cannot speak to anybody regarding this. Can you assist please?
@Hermesparcels Trying to speak to somebody about a parcel I paid to be collected. My regular driver says it’s too large for him to take and I need to contact Hermes for somebody else to collect it. I am going round in circles with the digital assistant and getting nowhere
@DeliverooHelp stay away from these! ordered food last night waited an hour and 40 minutes to receive a call from the driver saying the restaurant was closed when he got there and to ask for a refund. Just been told no compensation can be offered! I will stick to just eat
@Morrisons my delivery was due between 3 & 4, nothing as yet and no contact to say it’s running late etc this has happened a few times now and it’s very frustrating. I appreciate things don’t always run to plan but some notification would be good

@virginmedia Been trying for weeks now to reduce my package or cancel & I cant get through. I used the text back service on Friday & was contacted today but told I didn’t give the right amount for last bill for security even though I had my bank statement in front of me! Help!
@British_Airways Keep being told to DM my details then 12 hours later I hear back from somebody different asking for my details all over again! Getting nowhere 😳😬
@British_Airways frustration and desperation starting to set in now! Due to go to Venice Sunday, website says can rebook but I cannot get through to anybody at BA holidays. Told to DM on here and I would be contacted within 24 hours, that was 3 days ago 😬
