@prla People often say that a book is better than a movie. While it might be true in this case as well, the caveat is that the movie is pretty amazing on its own. It's one of my favorite books, would recommend :)

@miss_moss I found that including them as soon as you can into your workouts helps, They feel excited to be doing big people workouts and they normally let you get it all complete, My kids almost always train with me now and its really helped them with sports going forward.
