Research it. I know because I go to several. I know the servers at these specific restaurants, because I request them upon reservation. They get paid salary. I’m gratuitous like once a month with them each, sometimes. Additionally, I’ve been to several countries where tipping isn’t allowed. They consider it an insult. And that’s the problem with the states, and its glutinous food industry.. They don’t value their servers enough to pay them a living wage. Instead, the people they serve have to pay their salary which is not only an absurd endeavor, but an indication the business model is bad, the food is bad, and the servers are impersonal.
