Well this explains a few things around here. Florida is an all-party (often called "two-party") consent state. Under Florida Statutes $\S 934.03$, it is generally illegal to record any "wire, oral, or electronic communication" unless everyone involved in the conversation has given their prior consent.. The illegality of this just keeps on coming. People need to wake up.
