@AerLingus now in to the 2nd day of trying to contact baggage tracing. Not only is my bag missing but so is your customer service!! No calls, no messages nothing. Terrible

@KKRogue @denice_hough @AerLingus Husband's bag has been lost since last Thurs and we are having the same awful issue. Many messages on both FB and Twitter. Many calls. No response. A courier (who doesn't directly work for @AerLingus) texted this morning thinking that he maybe had it, but it wasn't the right bag.
