kingston flemings frequently can't capitalize on advantages created by his burst/bend/strength because of his ball control, the ball often flutters up to his shoulder, making him easier to guard than he should be plenty of low hanging fruit for dev to supercharge his drives

@jmthrivept I’m good he has no value RN and should be a better offense I’d rather just wait his career out

I will continue to say that AJ Brown’s knee is a ticking time bomb and had athleticism regression last year, because there continues to be valid objectives that prove it to be true. Time to get off of him in Dynasty.
Boorish@Boorish_Sports

I assumed a lot of AJ Brown’s regression on after the catch metrics were due to the Eagles running him on more hitch routes in 2025 so I isolated a YAC friendly route (slants) to see Browns trends the last four seasons. 📉 (data via @FantasyPtsData)

@penidsn27 @1legflamingo Then you have no clue what your watching Not to mention said big, the most important position, is a putrid anchor, hes playing Reed 30 min a game, and they still are a top5 defense I like how when the defense is good the players get credit but when the offense sucks its all Ime

@whoisbledose @bjpf_ I don’t think it’s all that handle related I view it as a flexibility His strength is a diff issue. Even if hes causing himself to take that line, good NBA defenders are going to absorb his bumps if he tries to bump them, or initate contact themselves and bump him off his line.

@KObjzy @bjpf_ Ur acting like that’s not all handle related lol he’s not low enough but it’s not at all bc Flemings isn’t physically capable of getting that low… He wouldn’t have to take that line if not for that issue, so his average strength (at 19) wouldn’t be as problematic without it too

@shelovestobii @BiasedHouston Yeah I don’t think it’s perfect but they have most of the clips and it matches the eye test. He’s always played impeccable defense on him.

@TexansJacob @TexansCommenter Let Higgins play from the slot and you have no number 2 outside. I don’t think it’s crazy to want some certainty from the position when your only 2 options are a guy with 1 knee or a 2nd year WR thats barely played. Especially when Caley likes some blocking from the position

@TexansCommenter I just don’t see any option that makes sense to upgrade at that spot. Even if Noel has to split snaps I’d see what Tank has or let Higgins play more from the slot. They have options and versatility in the room that I don’t think any free agent WR really changes.

It’s important to remember when we discuss possible WR additions/moves that the GM said at the end of the season to “expect more J Noel next season”. Noel was obviously limited as a rookie offensively but has a very high ceiling as a field stretcher and natural separator HOU lacks. I don’t think Caserio & co. would acquire somebody who would take more snaps from Noel.
Jacob@TexansJacob

Texans WR room as of 3/19: - Nico Collins - Jayden Higgins - Tank Dell - Jaylin Noel - Xavier Hutchinson - Justin Watson - Jared Wayne - Josh Kelly The current 7 in the room would be obvious but feels like a position Houston could look to add depth to.

@Uziixmarxzz @4thAndCash @CamdenCaps I’d rather have Boozer on offense and Dybantsa is a nothing defender. Boozer has the clearer path to an All-NBA career. I don’t really get it

@KObjzy @4thAndCash @CamdenCaps I mean AJ isn’t as bad as a defender i think he overthinks to much his offense is the best in the country but like he’s gonna be an all star

Luka Doncic just in one of them modes offensively. Doesn’t really matter what we do, he’s going to score or get an assist. Lakers are on pace for just 102 PTS, good defense if you ask me 🤷🏽‍♂️

We got the entire AJ Dybantsa experience vs. Texas. The unbelievable driving, three-level scoring, rough defensive moments, questionable decision-making at times. Texas did a great job crowding the paint and his sight lines. So much more great than bad, but the warts were there

@4thAndCash @CamdenCaps I agree he is slow but he is a phenomenal passer and incredibly strong for a 4 and can space the floor. If he can just be able to hold his own inspace on defense he will be better than AJ and a great player. Guy has a 67 TS% lmao
