@ScottReidCPC What does it take to get a response from your office? I filled out the forms as requested and was told by your Office Manager 2 to 3 weeks for a response on Aug 18. I've followed up by email on 3 occasions and once by voice-mail with zero response.

@donnelly_donna @Rogers I’ve already spent six hours on the phone with them this week and back in May it took four calls before they reversed the changes for a phone that was returned as per my contract. My time is too valuable to be spending that much of it on hold hoping they’ll help me out.

@mdeinhart @SarojraShah @Rogers @TELUS @Bell @TekSavvyBuzz Sure is! And they could have made that 11 day wait more bearable by provide us with cell data to compensate for the wait. I am not looking for discounts or free service…just regular speed internet so I can go about my business.

@TilburyCody @REWoman @Rogers @TELUS @Bell You can port. The best way is to contact the provider you want to go with and they’ll take care of porting your number and that will trigger the cancellation of your old account.
