✋🏼 Hello, Iranian-American here. Much of my family was celebrating the strikes because they thought the US was trying to liberate Iranians. Now they are discovering how gravely mistaken that belief was.

So here’s the real “hot take”: What sort of America will Europeans be dealing with in 5 years, in 10 years…? The white American liberal despises Europeans. Sure, she’ll go on a once-in-a-lifetime trip to France. She’ll sip wine with her posh friends while lamenting the rednecks back home. But she still can’t stand that shops close on Sundays and there’s no Starbucks in the Dordogne town she’s staying in. When she visits Paris, she’s likely to make a comment about how the splendid buildings were made with slave labour and France still has to atone for its colonial past. The white American conservative hates Europeans with a demented fury. Both of those demographics are going extinct. What will replace them is a population of mystery-meat people with zero ancestral or cultural ties to Europe. If you think it’s bad now, imagine what the US will be like when it’s run by Indians and Cubans. They will have the same anti-European resentment towards the “racist colonisers” that white liberals have, and the same disdain for Europeans that white conservatives have. Unlike the now-minority whites, these people won’t have a great-great-grandmother from Scotland or wherever, whose memory might just give them a moment’s pause for reflection before plunging the dagger in Europe’s back yet again. Some Europeans might not want to think about this, but they’re going to have to. And soon.
Angelo Plume@poxesfoxes

Meanwhile, America is already at 45-50% non-white and its % of white births is abysmal. It’s not a question of America being minority white in 30 or 40 years. It’s going to happen in the blink of an eye.

Australia was not established as a nation-building project. It was established as an extraction platform. The British did not colonize Australia to build a civilization. They colonized it to extract l; first convict labor, then wool, then gold, then minerals, then gas. The political architecture was built around that extraction logic from day one, and it has never been restructured away from it. You assume the state exists to serve the population, and therefore bad outcomes must mean the state is being run poorly. Australia is not a sovereign state that happens to have a mining sector. It is a private sector extraction platform that happens to have citizens. Every Australian who “owns” a home is servicing a debt instrument that enriches the FIC. The minerals get dug up by foreign-owned multinationals. The profits get distributed to global shareholders. The taxation office is structured; by design, through decades of lobbying, to ensure the extraction proceeds leave the country with minimal sovereign capture. The politicians are doing exactly what the structure requires of them: absorbing public anger, rotating every few years to reset the pressure valve. Australia is not mismanaged. Australia is managed perfectly, just not for Australians.
Simon Ree@simon_ree

Australia was handed one of the greatest starting positions of any country in history Massive mineral wealth. Abundant energy. World-class beaches. Amazing climate. No fault lines... no earthquakes or tsunamis If you gave a 12-year-old this setup in a civilisation-building game, they'd build a paradise Instead, we got decades of useless politicians on both sides of the aisle who couldn't run a sausage sizzle at Bunnings without a $4 billion feasibility study and a royal commission Australia isn't unlucky. It's grossly mismanaged

Iraq is not going to let us stage hundred thousand troops and hardware, like tanks and IFVs and MRAPs etc.... Still not seeing an iota of object9ves and or planning and prep for a months lo g ground war Thia is fucking absurd We gonna see a lot of Iranian videos of their FPVs blowing our guys to bits, with that last still shot from. The camera where an American soldier looks at it about to hit him. Ukraine Russia style shit Americans are not ready for this war porn if it happens

🚨 What The Trump Administration ISN'T Telling YOU About Iran—The AWACS Was A Precision Strike🔰💥 This is an absolute must-watch from a former US military service member, Joshua Dorty. You have seen the wreckage of the US plane destroyed by Iran, but the media is lying to you about how it happened. This was not a lucky shot. Here is the terrifying reality the Deep State does not want you to understand: Joshua, a combat vet who actually served on this specific AWACS plane ("Balls Five"), reveals that Iran executed a perfect precision strike. They didn't just hit the plane; they targeted the exact spot—the AF lower lobe—where the crucial AN/AY-2 radar array sits. This radar makes the AWACS a multi-billion dollar, irreplaceable asset. By hitting that exact spot, they didn't just damage a plane; they took that entire critical piece of command-and-control technology out of the war, forever. This raises two horrifying questions: How did Iran’s intelligence know exactly where to strike to neutralize the aircraft? How did they successfully defeat the advanced US air defenses at Prince Sultan Air Base? This suggests massive intelligence sharing from Russia or China. The axis of power is aligned against us, and they are demonstrating precise, devastating capability. Joshua is a Purple Heart recipient with four tours in the Middle East. He knows the cost of war. He is urging us to look past the political division. This is not Left vs. Right. This is Top vs. Bottom. The elites want a World War III for their own benefit (the decline of the dollar, BRICS, etc.), and they are driving us toward it every single day. They are dividing us with mind control so we fight amongst ourselves, while they prepare to send our children and grandchildren—because that is who will fight this war—into a global meat grinder. We cannot afford a civil war at home. We cannot afford this escalating, illegal war with Iran. Pray for the kids who are already over there or who will be sent. Take off the division hats for a minute and "put on your human goggles." We need to stop the Deep State's march to World War III before it is too late. Share this everywhere. 🇺🇸⚓️

Australia might still be the world's best place to live but we're letting ourselves down big time. Four weeks into the Iran war: 10% of our servos wholly or partially out of fuel. 30% of farmers worried they lack the diesel to sow or harvest their crops. Flights being cancelled. No Australian-flagged fleet of tankers that could be tasked with a fuel rescue mission; with no naval ships capable of helping to break any Iranian blockade; and with no Australian air power yet despatched to the Middle East to help the US-Israel campaign against an apocalyptic theocracy, even though the Straits will never be secure while it lasts. Successive governments convinced themselves that an 'unstoppable green energy transition' meant access to fossil fuels was neither necessary nor desirable. That was always a fantasy, and now we're paying the price. Fossil fuels are still responsible for 90% of our energy needs. The Bondi massacre was a wake up call on social cohesion. The Iran war is a wake up call on national resilience. Dealing with both means recovering the self-belief needed for Australia to stay Australian. Time to face facts on energy. Kos Samaras@KosSamaras

Why the growth of One Nation? My latest Oped in the AFR. Since the GFC, Australia has quietly dismantled the economic foundations of the outer suburbs and the regions. The car industry, gone. Steel, in some parts in administration. Timber towns, hollowed out by policy decisions made by people who never lived near one. Over 200,000 manufacturing jobs lost in seven years. Textiles, clothing, footwear, effectively eliminated. Wholesale trade contracted. Bank branches stripped from regional high streets. Energy-intensive manufacturing crushed by gas prices that tripled after LNG exports began. Health services in decline or now costing more. Being diagnosed with cancer in a big city is traumatic, in the regions, it’s far more severe as you have to battle day trips to a care facility….try doing that with today’s petrol prices. None of this happened to the inner city. It happened to the people who built things, fixed things, and drove things for a living. And the parties that governed through all of it, on both sides, never really had to answer for it. They called it modernisation. They called it the ‘just’ transition, or a move to a service economy where the service is done by one class of worker to enrich the life of another. One Nation didn’t come from nowhere. It came from exactly this. My new piece in the AFR on the long betrayal that made it inevitable. After you read this, you may realise that the votes wont easily come back. Link below.

Hey Christine, I can answer that. Dominating Iran would be a cakewalk. A few thousand casualties on our side vs. hundreds of thousands on theirs. Not turning it into Afghanistan is also easy. All it requires is our military leaders accepting those high casualty numbers. That’s how we won two world wars. Now before you get upset, know this: I’m not talking about war crimes. I am only talking about accepting a very high number of enemy combatant casualties along with an unfortunate but necessary number of civilians caught in the crossfire. That’s all we need. And high casualty numbers are not a war crime. Death and destruction are allowed under the Geneva Conventions. Just not certain types of death and destruction, like chemical weapons. But winning this way is not going to happen, Christiane, because moving enough tanks and artillery to do that requires a massive sealift operation, and I don’t see any massive cargo ships getting loaded. So yes, the military types are right. We absolutely, positively can dominate Iran. The problem is no politician has removed the handcuffs from our military (called ROEs, Rules of Engagement) since General MacArthur was fired by President Truman for explaining to him exactly what I’m explaining to you right now. Massive sealift of heavy bombs and Army munitions PLUS an order to put as many warheads on enemy foreheads as possible. Dead men do not fight back. Taliban using children as shields and ROEs that only let us kill them at certain times in certain specific situations with a preponderance of evidence… they do shoot back. I don’t see Trump doing that, fighting a traditional war with ROEs that allow us to kill huge numbers of IRGC. But I also don’t see him sending large numbers of boots inland with crazy restrictive ROEs either. The end is likely going to be Option C. What is Option C? I don’t know. Option C is classified.
Christine Guerrero@SheDrills

Smart military types I’ve talked to are all confident that the US can dominate Iran. After they pound their chests I ask “Yes, but how long will that take? How does this not turn into Afghanistan?”…that’s when they pause and respond “I don’t know”…and therein lies the rub. #OOTT #IranWar

American pilot Tyler Gerres was killed in an Iranian missile strike at the Al-Kharj military base in Riyadh, which also claimed the lives of several other soldiers. Tyler Gerres carried out the first airstrike on Tehran and is accused of the war crime of bombing a girls’ school, which resulted in the deaths of 150 female students.
