This Title Is Accurate and It is from a recent post by Wayne Allyn Root, at the Gateway Pundit. --- It is well thought out and LET'S DO THIS--- President Trump must sign a “Presidential National Security Emergency on Elections.” And under that “emergency declaration” umbrella issue a new Executive Order mandating Voter ID, proof of citizenship, a ban of mail-in voting, and paper ballots replacing machines. Here is the beauty of this idea: It cannot be challenged in court. The Supreme Court already decided this in 1983 under President Ronald Reagan: The Supreme Court ruled that the only way to overturn a “Presidential National Security Emergency” declaration is by a 2/3rds vote of both houses of Congress. Democrats can’t ever overcome that 2/3rds vote hurdle. Not even close. This way to proceed is foolproof- simply because there can be no lawsuits to stall the implementation of this emergency order. This is how we neuter Democrat obstruction, and radical communist insurrection judges. This is how we win the midterms- combined with President Trump’s army of election integrity activists, and the new Congressional Districts created by last week’s Supreme Court decision ending race-based gerrymandering (which should give the GOP at least 10 new seats, maybe more, for the midterms). So, President Trump don’t be fooled by the promise of the Senate finally passing the SAVE America Act. If we want it in place for 2028, great. Let’s see the Senate pass it. I’m all for it. But for the 2026 midterms, it’s too little, too late. It’s become a "carefully stalled-time political expediency scam for RINOs !" A scam, a mirage, a trojan horse, a weapon of mass distraction, to throw us off the scent of the only real solution at this late date… A Presidential National Security Emergency Election Declaration !
