I mostly retweet and like japanese artist's pictures so if you following me expect to see a lot of that. Sometimes I make a political response but it is rare. Yes I believe in protecting natural-born citizen rights and yes I believe in national identity. Both parties are corrupt.

It is because of the carbon tax legislation that was passed that make companies have to bid on their carbon allowance which gas is transported by trucks that use up a lot of that allowance and cause the prices as a response to that. Income tax or lack there of has nothing to do with our gas prices.

This does three things 1) stops terrorists from having access to nuclear bombs as Iran was still trying to make nuclear weapons 2) further weakens China as Iran was another source of oil for them that they got for cheap 3)deescalates things in the middle east as the main party keeping it going was the Iranian gov.

@CChi4444 @clashreport This stemmed from his testimony back in 2024 before Trump was even in office. x.com/lamps_apple/st…
Apple Lamps@lamps_apple

In sworn testimony to the Senate Banking Committee (March 2024), Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell said the following: “There’s no VIP dining room, there’s no new marble. There are no special elevators. No new water features, no beehives, and no roof terrace gardens.” But I’ve reviewed the official renovation documents for the $2.5 billion Fed HQ upgrade... and the evidence is overwhelming: 1. "VIP Dining Room" – CONTRADICTION FOUND Evidence: Submission Materials, p.19 "The historically significant Level 4 lounge and adjoining executive dining rooms currently have an eighteen-inch level change between the entry hall and the lounge suite. The proposed project will ... provide a new accessible ramp ... up to the level of the lounge suite. Additionally, the Governors' private elevator will be extended to discharge at the dining suite level." Why this contradicts Powell: Powell explicitly stated “no VIP dining room.” The documents reference “executive dining rooms” and a “dining suite level” for governors. 2. "Special Elevators" – CONTRADICTION FOUND Evidence: Submission Materials, p.19 "Governors' private elevator will be extended to discharge at the dining suite level." Why this contradicts Powell: He stated “no special elevators.” A “Governors’ private elevator” is a textbook example of a special elevator for VIPs. 3. "New Marble" – CONTRADICTION FOUND Evidence: Submission Materials, p.40 "WHITE GEORGIA MARBLE (POLISHED & HONED)" specified for exterior materials. Addendum, p.14: "The marble walkway at the edge of the building's south façade will be salvaged and rebuilt to accommodate the below-grade foundation work on the building." Why this contradicts Powell: He denied “new marble,” but the plans specify new marble finishes and reconstruction. 4. "Roof Terrace Gardens" – CONTRADICTION FOUND Evidence: Addendum, p.24 "Both extensive and semi-intensive system will be provided to support vegetated roof terraces ... Roof plantings will emphasize ... species ... that can support urban wildlife and pollinators." "Paved areas ... will be furnished with moveable tables and chairs and planters. Planted areas will be supported by an extensive to semi-intensive vegetated roof system." Why this contradicts Powell: He denied any “roof terrace gardens,” but the documents describe multiple occupiable, planted roof terraces. 5. "New Water Features" – CONTRADICTION FOUND Evidence: Addendum, p.18 "Two new water features are proposed in the garden spaces on either side of the lawn." "The terrace will have movable furniture and will be bordered by a linear water feature on the west side of the plaza that faces east onto the main building entry." Why this contradicts Powell: He denied any “new water features.” The plans specify at least three. 6. "Beehives" – INDIRECT CONTRADICTION Evidence: Addendum, p.24 "Roof plantings will ... support urban wildlife and pollinators." Why this is relevant: “Pollinator” design suggests intentional support for bees, consistent with the idea of providing for beehives... though not explicitly named. The Federal Reserve’s planning documents from September 2021 explicitly reference at least five features Jerome Powell denied existed in sworn Senate testimony... - Executive/VIP dining rooms - Special/private elevators for governors - Extensive new marble finishes and walkways - Multiple vegetated roof terraces (“roof terrace gardens”) - Several new water features Each of these features directly contradicts Powell’s March 2024 denials under oath...

Clash Report
Clash Report@clashreport·
BIG: Trump is threatening to imprison the Chairman of Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell. Here's his response: On Friday, the Department of Justice served the Federal Reserve with grand jury subpoenas, threatening a criminal indictment related to my testimony before the Senate Banking Committee last June. That testimony concerned in part a multi-year project to renovate historic Federal Reserve office buildings. I have deep respect for the rule of law and for accountability in our democracy. No one, certainly not the chair of the Federal Reserve, is above the law. But this unprecedented action should be seen in the broader context of the administration’s threats and ongoing pressure. This new threat is not about my testimony last June or about the renovation of the Federal Reserve buildings. Those are pretexts. The threat of criminal charges is a consequence of the Federal Reserve setting interest rates based on our best assessment of what will serve the public, rather than following the preferences of the President. Public service sometimes requires standing firm in the face of threats. I will continue to do the job the Senate confirmed me to do, with integrity and a commitment to serving the American people.

For the record: Powell another strategic blunder. Jerome Powell now finds himself served with subpoenas over the Federal Reserve’s renovation dealings and the accuracy of his related testimony, a development that lays bare just how far the Chair is willing to weaponize the principle of “Fed independence” as political armor. His reflexive dismissal of oversight as a partisan witch hunt evokes Shakespeare’s warning: “The lady doth protest too much, methinks.” The louder Powell claims victimhood, the more it appears he’s attempting to obscure inconvenient truths rather than confront them. The fundamental questions now facing Congress and the public are unavoidable: Did Powell misrepresent material facts under oath? And more broadly, has the modern Federal Reserve come to see itself as standing above constitutional accountability? Under Powell, the Fed’s leadership has delivered an incoherent mix of academic orthodoxy and policy overreach. He unleashed punitive rate hikes that crushed the interest rate–sensitive backbone of the economy, housing, construction, and durable goods, even though those sectors were never the source of inflation. Powell’s Fed conveniently ignored a more uncomfortable reality: the fiscal excess engineered by two former senior Fed officials, Janet Yellen and Lael Brainard, whose pivot to the Treasury and White House directly fueled the inflationary surge. Their policies poured fiscal gasoline on an already overheated economy, yet Powell chose to deflect blame toward the private sector rather than confront the political establishment responsible for the crisis. By choosing escalation over transparency, Powell has made a strategic blunder of historic proportions. In reaching for the nuclear defense of “Fed independence,” he may have ensured that this episode becomes his defining legacy, a reckoning that challenges not just the Chair himself but the very premise of unchecked Federal Reserve authority in a constitutional republic. I warned ( and yes pundits heads exploded ) we were head for a constitutional crisis at the Fed, and just like Andrew Jackson, President Trump is up for the fight.
