Hello my furiends. ☺️ I had my labs retested today. I was the best boy during the visit to my internal medicine dogtor. Results will not be back until next week. Hoping for the best results. 🤞❤️

This is my brother Miles and me. He was my soulmate and my best friend, two and a half years older than me. We had so much fun together as children and young teenagers. We went to the same school, which I loved because having a big brother always made me feel safe. I often think that if I’d lived, we might have bought a flat together to get onto the property ladder.  We should have grown old knowing each other longer than we ever knew our parents. In July 2013, I was diagnosed with a brain tumour, a Grade 3 inoperable anaplastic astrocytoma. Our world turned upside down. That September, he went to university while I began chemotherapy and radiotherapy. We all told him to go because he needed space from the illness that had taken over our lives. We missed him terribly, but I was glad he had something to focus on. We FaceTimed often. He completed half his degree, then chose to defer so he could spend more time with me. The first six months of 2015 were magical. Then came the cruelest blow. My tumour mutated into a terminal Grade 4 glioblastoma. At the beginning of 2016, he watched me become paralysed down my right side in less than 24 hours. The following month, I died on 24.02.2016  five days after my 19th birthday, having been in a coma for 19 days. Slowly, he picked up the pieces of his life. He returned to university, knowing no one. Although my mum found him a good place to stay, he was so lonely that he chose to commute daily from Brighton to Southampton  a long and difficult journey. He achieved so much. He graduated with a First Class Honours degree in History and Philosophy, went on to complete an MPhil at Cambridge, and is now a History teacher. A 7-month-old was shot in the head by a stray bullet and killed in South Williamsburg, last hour. The suspects were riding on a moped. The parents heard the shooting and ran away and noticed blood coming from the stroller. They rushed to Woodhull, where the child was pronounced.
