A reminder that the Terms & Conditions for the Coldplay 2025 UK tickets state that "Ticket resale is permitted at no more than the price you paid (face value + booking fees)". Any tickets breaching these T&Cs may be cancelled. Official resale will be available through Ticketmaster from Monday 30th Sept.
@studio_co_uk ordered my sons a bed before Xmas delivery was meant to be last week! Yet I’m still waiting 5 live chats and no one has contacted me from the “relevant team” and you won’t give me a refund!? Ombudsman here I come!!

22 phone calls, 13.5 hours with no gas and electric with 2 kids 1 with disabilities, a fridge full of food in the bin, an engineer being booked without giving me a time and a manager can still not ring me! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
@BritishGasHelp what a joke of a company been without gas& electric since 9am been passed from person to person since then! Freezing cold can’t even give my son with disabilities breakfast or lunch!! 🤬

@TUIUK staying at the RIU bambu - punta Cana, booked to do monkey island yesterday as a FAMILY of 4 and 2 of us for buggies, get to the coach to be told we needed to split up, which turns out it was for the whole day! My 2 year old has health problems had to stay with his dad
We then yet again had to be separated to go in other peoples buggies! How is this acceptable?We complained to our rep however he did not seem bothered and have had no form of refund! It was an expensive day out that we wouldn’t enjoy at all! Completely disgusted and disappointed
Whilst myself and my 6 year old had to go on our own! A family day out completely ruined!! Myself and my son went on to do the buggies when smoke was coming out and a hot fluid into the front seats whilst I managed to get my sons seatbelt undone I couldn’t get mine of to get him
