@OpenChiswickW4 What exactly is this chart showing? Because very obviously the cost per litre of petrol and diesel is quite a bit higher now than it was in 1990.
Clearly there's some adjustment being made to allow the chart to show it being cheaper, but what is that adjustment?

If your concern is cyclist safety, what difference would you expect cycle infrastructure to make to risk posed by such a driver at a junction?
