It’s 2 months since last complain and my issue is still not resolved. Social media/support team keeps giving generic replies but no real solution. I’ve lost all trust in Croma’s after-sales service. I want my refund of ₹4000 processed immediately.
Frustrated experience! Purchased ₹4K gift card on Jun 24, recipient received only invoice. This was not accepted at your store as it wasn’t accepted. I emailed on Sept 7 received scripted replies. rep, Navin, can't guarantee when the card will be issued! @cromaretail

My order was cancelled on 6th May, yet I haven't received my refund. Daily calls yielded no resolution, only false promises Is this how you value customers? is this just another form of fraud
