@SunLifeCA really disappointed with your process. Sunlife employees shouldn’t call clients then ask them to confirm their full name and date of birth over the phone. This is social engineering 101. You’re clearly not taking security seriously.

@FreedomMobile your support sends a link via ahoylink.com which redirects to niceincontact.com for validation, which asks for my PIN. It SCREAMS phishing. If that is a legitimate, you to validate customers, you need to re-evaluate. It’s incredibly bad practise.

@AirCanada I can never use eUpgrade on your site. I get an error loading that screen, despite my booking class allowing upgrades. It happens for all flights I booked, not just this one. Please have someone contact me to help solve the issue.

@claudeai Been using Claude Code in Xcode, and while it's quite impressive, it continues to ignore the CLAUDE.md instructions. I asked it to never make code changes without confirmation - it forgets and constantly does it. Feels dangerous to use in a production setting.

I am extremely disappointed that the court has refused to put a stop to Al-Quds Day, which has long been a venue for antisemitism, hatred, intimidation and the glorification of terrorism. While the judge cited Canada's Charter of Rights and Freedoms, when we talk about rights we need to be clear that every person has the right to safety and security. We need to be clear that no one in Canada has the right to incite violence or free licence to intimidate and hate. The judge also said that Toronto Police Service do not need an injunction to preserve the peace. That's unbelievable! If that's the case, I fully expect that the police will immediately intervene at the first sign of hate, violence or glorification of terrorist organizations. I won't stop working to put an end to the hatred and division that runs too rampant on Canada's streets. I won't stop working to protect the greatest province in the greatest country in the world.

@WalmartCanada anyone at Walmart actually use your express delivery feature? No way to filter to only items available at a store. No way to select 1000 Gerrard Square store, so even if site says it's available for pickup (defaults to dufferin mall), I ATC and it's not available.

@_Cooperators No email notifications when payment declined - instead, threats to cancel my policy via snail-mail. Now when I try to pay, I get double charged on my credit card. On hold for ages and no one picks up. If this isn't sorted ASAP I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
