Dear @ICICIBank Your IVR 1800 1080 equipped with AI voice/bot is terrible. I am unable to connect with a human/agent for a request to re-dispatch my credit card. @RBI Please do not allow AI bots on IVRs it is a painful experience. We need real humans to talk
