@KoganMobile I bought a year's worth of credit but it over-rode my existing credit so now I'm paying more than double for the service! Every time I call I wait OVER AN HOUR and you just DISCONNECT the call. I can't fix this myself. HELP.

Signed up to a @KoganMobile pre paid deal so that I can contact my grandmother during isolation. Will not activate. Number won’t work. Try to contact help desk and all I get is “we are unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances”. I am then hung up on. #customerservicefail
